A website you can actually finish.

SlateHut turns ready-made sections and plain-English fields into a cohesive site. Publish to yours.slatehut.com, then map your own domain when the timing is right.

  • Drag-and-drop pages
  • Cohesive typography & spacing
  • Built-in form submissions

How it works

From blank canvas to live URL in three beats.

No local installs, no theme archaeology — just compose, fill, and ship.

  1. 01

    Pick your sections

Start from a template or an empty canvas. Stack the blocks your visitors actually need.

  2. 02

    Fill in the forms

Each block opens as simple fields — headlines, buttons, images, copy. No layout rabbit holes.

  3. 03

    Publish and share

One click pushes your site live. Send the link, collect responses, refine, publish again.

What you get

Opinionated design, flexible stories.

We keep the chrome consistent so you can obsess over message, offer, and proof — not CSS spelunking.

  • Blocks that behave
Heroes, feature grids, FAQs, CTAs, forms — curated sections that already look good together. Add, remove, and drag until the story feels right.
  • Leads without the plumbing
Drop in a contact or signup form. Submissions land in your dashboard — no extra tools or embed scripts to babysit.
  • Live on a link today
Publish once and share a URL like yours.slatehut.com — no deploy keys, no hosting panel. You are online in minutes, not days.
  • Your domain, when you are ready
Stay on a free subdomain while you iterate. When it is time for yourbrand.com, connect it from the editor and follow the exact DNS records we show you.

Straight answers

The questions people ask before they publish.

Do I need to code?
No. If you can complete a form and press publish, you can ship a site. The builder stays out of your way on purpose.
Where does my site live at first?
You get a URL on slatehut.com as soon as you publish — nothing to install. Add a custom domain from the editor whenever you want your brand in the bar.
How do custom domains work?
Open your site in the editor, add the domain you own, and we list the DNS records to create. After verification, visitors see your brand in the address bar.
Can I change things after launch?
Yes. Edit any block, publish again, and the update is live. Iteration is the default, not a migration project.

Ship the site you have been sketching in your notes app.

Create an account, stack a few blocks, hit publish. Iterate in public — your link updates every time you do.
